The Fort Hill High School Band is both a marching band and a concert band. Like most High School bands, from late summer through early winter the Band spends its time working on marching band music.
As the football season draws to a close the band begins to prepare for a winter concert. From the close of football season to the end of the year the band spends it’s time working on concert band literature in preparation for both county and state adjudications festivals and a spring concert.
The Fort Hill band has also become one of the area’s best parade bands!
The group is under the direction of Joseph Thompson.
